Peru Elpidio Bernardo

This coffee is grown by Elpidio Yajahuanca Guerrero Bernardo at his farm Dos Salidas in the Cajamarca region. The finca sits at 1756masl and has 1.5 hectares planted with Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. This lot has the signature big beans of the Pacamara variety and is incredibly clean and dynamic. We get a ton of fruit here - red and black cherry, pomegranate, and on the lighter side there is plenty of malic acidity with notes of pears and apples and a perfect white sugary sweetness throughout.
