This coffee is grown by Elpidio Yajahuanca Guerrero Bernardo at his farm Dos Salidas in the Cajamarca region. The finca sits at 1756masl and has 1.5 hectares planted with only Pacamara and Bourbon varieties. We selected the Pacamara variety again this year and the coffee is once again incredibly clean and juicy. We get a lot of malic acid, with grapes, pears, and red and green apple notes dominating the fruit profile, but more subtle red cherry and pomegranate also come through, with a white sugary sweetness throughout.
